Scholarship Description: The Washington Association of School Administrators and the PEMCO Foundation have pooled their resources to assist three outstanding Washington seniors in furthering their K–12 educational careers. Awards of $1,000 for four years will be granted from three applicant pools: Eastern Washington, Western Washington, and Minorities.
