The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship is open to all high school seniors who are Starke County residents and who will have graduated by the end of June 2013 with a diploma from an accredited Indiana high school, and who have been accepted to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university in Indiana beginning in the fall of 2013.
