Level of study: This scholarship program is for bachelor and associate degree program.

Subject(s): Scholarship to study in the field of Nursing.

Duration: This scholarship program is organized for one year.

Number of awards: This scholarship will provide tuition and fees for up to two (2) years for at least two female nursing students attending SKC.

Am I eligible? 1) Preference will be given to an enrolled member of the Nez Perce, Blackfeet, N. Cheyenne, Sioux and/or Shoshone Tribes. However, all other tribal members may still apply.
2) Must be female and enrolled (at least 12 credits) in the ASN or BSN Program at SKC.
3) Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 based on most recent transcript (college or high school).
4) Must not be on Financial Aid Suspension.

What does it cover? Students will only be eligible to receive a combined total of $20,000 from the Jensen Scholarship Fund.

Scholarship Description: Salish Kootenai College is pleased to offer the Arthur P. and Jean G. Jensen Foundation Scholarship. This scholarship was established to assist Native American students in furthering their education in the field of nursing.
