Scholarship Description: Dr. Edward and Shirley Neulander Fund was established in 2000 to honor Ed Neulander’s memory. Ed was a faculty member in the Psychology Department from 1950 through 1983. This scholarship is provided to undergraduate psychology majors with a minimum of 3.5 GPA and at least 60 credit hours.
