Scholarship Description: The Shelby County Education Association Minority Affairs Scholarship is awarded to an ethnic minority student who is a graduating high school senior and a child of an Association member. Members of SCEA who are full time employees of the Shelby County Schools are eligible and are encouraged to apply, this includes our ESP members.
