Scholarship Description: Gabe Zimmerman was known for his dedication to serving others, his belief in democracy, and his uncompromising respect for each and every person. Up to five scholarships of $4,000 each will be awarded in Gabe’s memory for the 2013-2014 academic year. Gabe Zimmerman Memorial Scholarships are awarded to MSW students who have demonstrated a dedication to the areas of either public behavioral health or policy, and who have shown a commitment to the values of service and social justice that Gabe demonstrated in his personal and professional life.
