Am I Eligible? (1) Students beginning study in a terminal degree program in the general university are eligible.

(2) Applicants must hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and be admitted to a doctoral or other terminal degree program at West Virginia University.

(3) Fellows are selected on academic merit.

(4) Students should have a GPA of 3.6 or higher and have scored competitively on standardized tests.

Scholarship Description: This Fellowship provided to academically excellent students the opportunity to quickly initiate their programs of study without the distractions of teaching or research responsibilities in their first year.
