What does it cover? One $2,000 scholarship is available. The recipient will have $1,000 applied to their student account for the fall and spring semesters

Scholarship Description: Lavern & Nola McEntire Engineering Scholarship to apply for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled at Western Illinois University, majoring in Engineering and be entering his/her junior or senior year. A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50 or all completed coursework is required and a minimum 2.75 grade point average in Engineering coursework is also required. While grade point is important, it should not overshadow the importance of outside activities and work experience.
