(2) Fellows must have completed a PhD, MD, or an equivalent program by the time of entrance into the program.

What does it cover? If one fellow if chosen, his/her stipend will be $60,000 in U.S. dollars per year and If two fellows are chosen, each will receive a $30,000 stipend in U.S. dollars.

Scholarship Description: This postdoctoral fellowship at the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies (HCPDS) is named in honor of the late Mortimer Spiegelman, a renowned biostatistician. The Spiegelman Fellowship Program goals are to provide top researchers with opportunities for enhanced research, analytic and leadership training; exposure to current issues in population and development; and the expansion of fellows’ professional network for collaboration and exchange
