Scholarship Description:University-administered merit aid is awarded to members of an incoming freshman class in an effort to recognize and attract the best and brightest in academic talents and achievements.University-administered need-based aid is awarded to further the institution’s mission to enable access to a wide variety of students.Freshman merit scholarships are renewable annually for a maximum of 8 semesters of full-time undergraduate enrollment at the Columbus campus provided the recipient has achieved at least the minimum required GPA by the end of the second year (or the end of the selected programs). Please note that not all institutional scholarships can be combined. The total annual aid amount (including external resources) you receive cannot exceed the cost of attendance at Ohio State.
